TruEvolution Presents: Global Awareness Summit
The Global Awareness Summit was born out of a desire to help college age students become more aware about the issues that are taking place around the world and here in the U.S. The goal of the Global Awareness Summit (GAS) is to bring attention to these global issues and social iniquities. In addition we want bring awareness to the trailblazers and the front-lining organizations against these social issues, and how we as human beings can become active participants in the healing our world. This weekend-long conference will be an unrestricted space of educated dialogue and meaningful conversation on the social issues directly affecting our everyday lives as well as those that do not directly affect us. We are building the foundation of this Conference on five "Titans": Enviornmental Injustices, Poverty, HIV/AIDS, Human Trafficking and Social Conflict.
