Drinks and Development: Creating a Meaningful Career
In the last decade much research has been done on what actually creates purpose and meaning at work.  Simultaneously, we have seen a shift in priorities for today's professionals, with more workers focusing on careers that give back to the community, have impact, and feel purposeful.  In this session, Stephen Glomb and Maggie Tomas from the Graduate Business Career Center will spend the first half sharing simple tips that can help you create a professional life that provides meaning and purpose to yourself and your community.  The latter part will include a panel of professionals who will share their experiences of creating a career that is aligned with their priorities. Stick around for a drinks and appetizers networking reception to follow!
