Approaching his Bar Mitzvah, Aharon is chosen to carry the Torah on Simchat Torah. He finds his status in the neighborhood suddenly elevated due to the belief that he who carries the Torah may ask God for anything on behalf of others. Feeling burdened by so many wishes, especially those of his parents (Lior Ashkenazi and Asi Levi), leads to unexpected results in this touching and complex portrait of an Israeli family.
