Proceeds from the event will benefit PPDD and the "Help Zippy's Family Fund." Tobiah "Zippy" Leonard, daughter of Jet City Rollergirls (Everette, WA) skater Rita N' Weep, was tragically killed in a car accident on Christmas Day. Rita's husband survived the accident, but suffered a broken neck and has been incapacitated. The "Help Zippy's Family Fund" was set up by Rita's team to help the family get by during this difficult time, and PPDD will donate a portion of this fundraiser's proceeds to the fund.
