Locally Foraged Seafood Dinner
San Francisco forager Kirk Lombard brings locally caught but little known species of seafood to your plate with the help of Nojo Executive Chef Greg Dunmore.
The event will be held at "Fish Or Cut Bait" in Sausalito on January 24th, 2012 at 6:30, and features a presentation from Kirk on the virtues of these under-utilized and yet sustainable food sources.
Following the show-and-tell portion, Kirk and his Band "Rube Waddell" will serenade us into the night with carefully orchestrated Sea Chanties. Join us for a night of education, fine cuisine and high seas debauchery.
Only 40 tickets will be sold, so don't be left out from what will be the event of the year.
