Tickets purchased using the Club Member discount code will require proof of membership at check in. Any discounted ticket presented by a non-member will be voided with no entry and no refund. (Club Member discount available only to members in good standing of the three presenting organizations.)

"Black or White Party" (Leather or Underwear) 9 PM to 2 AM at Club XS, 36 West 11th Ave., York, PA. Clothes Check provided. Featuring Bearhaus DJ, Blaine (Australia Pride & P-Town Bear Weekend) NOTE: CLUB XS WILL CHARGE A $15 ENTERTAINMENT FEE TO ALL WHO ENTER THE CLUB WITH A PRE-PURCHASED RUN PASS. HOWEVER, ALL DRINKS WILL BE FREE AND ALL YOU CAN DRINK. THOSE WHO ARE ENTERING JUST FOR THE FRIDAY NIGHT BEAR PARTY AND DO NOT HAVE A WEEKEND RUN PASS WILL BE CHARGED $30 AND ALL DRINKS WILL BE FREE AND ALL YOU CAN DRINK.

Host Hotel is Red Roof Inn, 125 Arsenal Road, York, PA 17404. 717-843-8181. MUST MENTION BIKERS, BEARS & MAYHEM TO BOOK A ROOM. $65 per night if booked by 12/31/11. Starting 1/1/12 the rate is $69.95 per night.
Secondary Hotel - Wingate by Wyndham. 105 State St., York, PA 17404 (Arsenal Rd. & N. George St.) Directly behind the Red Roof Inn. 717-848-2100 MUST MENTION BIKERS, BEARS & MAYHEM TO BOOK A ROOM under the event block. This is a more upscale hotel with pool and free deluxe breakfast. $109.60 per night. This is a non-smoking hotel. All transportation departures will be from the Red Roof Inn. However, transportation will drop off at the Wingate.
Secondary Hotel - Super 8. 40 Arsenal Road, York, PA 17404 717-852-8686. Directly across from Red Roof Inn. MUST MENTION BIKERS, BEARS & MAYHEM TO BOOK A ROOM under the event block. $94.00 per night. All transportation departures and arrivals will be from the Red Roof Inn. Super 8 does not have a pool or offer breakfast.

10 AM - Arrival at Gettysburg Visitor's Center
10 AM to 11:45 AM - Gettysburg Visitor's Center Museum, Film: "A New Birth of Freedom" and "The Battle of Gettysburg Cyclorama Painting"
11:45 Depart for Lunch
1:00 PM to 3:00 PM - Private Guided van tour with licensed Battlefield Tour Guide
3:00 PM depart Gettysburg for return to Host Hotel arriving at 4:00 PM
Transportation, all tickets and lunch is included in the price. Gratuity for licensed tour guide is not included.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS - The purchase price of any tickets not used will be considered a donation to the non-profit beneficiary of all proceeds from the event.
