Grand Afternoon Tasting November
Hungry to learn more about wine? Join us for 1.5 hours of tasting of six of our favorite wines in the Spring Cave. We'll go over the basics of how to taste wine, how to read a wine list and a wine label, discuss the difference between natural, organic, and biodynamic wines and introduce you to six different wines from our favorite artisanal producers from around France.
We also include some artisanal cheese and charcuterie for those who like to nibble while they taste.
This class will be in English, and is limited to a small group so that we can answer all of your questions.
