2nd Annual Farm to Fork Dinner and Silent Auction

Tickets go on Sale Thursday July 23rd at The Butler's Pantry at Sycamore Farm, Saturdays at the Farmers' Market or go to to make your purchase online immediately.

 Tickets are $50 per person

 Silent Auction opens at 4pm and dinner begins at 5:00pm

 There will be approximately 150 tickets for sale

 Seating is arranged by ticket number

The Farm to Fork dinner is a fundraiser for the DTH Farmers Market.  It is organized by the Farmers Market and community volunteers with sponsorships from local organizations.  Chef Kris Kraut and staff will serve a sustainable menu featuring fresh, local produce from the farms of the market vendors. The dinner will take place at The Red Barn at Sycamore Farms. There will be live entertainment and a silent auction.  All proceeds from the dinner benefit the market.

What is on the menu?
This is the fun part!! The menu will be based on what Mother Nature has in store for us; created with produce available and farm fresh meats and artesian baked goods. All food will be fresh and local from the Farmers Market with vegetarian and vegan options.
How do I dress?
The barn doors will be open, so dress is casual outdoor attire.

How do I get a ticket?
Tickets will go on sale Thursday July 23rd at Sycamore Farms and Saturdays at the Market, or go to our website at to purchase your tickets online immediately.  We anticipate this to be a SOLD OUT event so be sure to get your tickets in advance

What items will be offered in the Silent Auction?
We have a great community of local artist, artisans, restaurants and small businesses that have donated to this event.  There will be everything from local art to gift certificates for bidding.  If you would like to donate to our silent auction and highlight your business, contact our silent auction coordinator Rachel at or

Thanks for asking!  Having many, many volunteers is the only way this dinner is possible.  We need volunteers to help set up the tables and decorate, serve at the dinner, clear and rinse plates, food prep and kitchen staff, help with the silent auction, take tickets, regulate traffic and help clean up. Where does my money go?
The direct cost for the dinner includes food, rentals (dishware), musicians, d├ęcor, printing and incidentals. We do have to pay for some of the food, but we get a great discount!  Chef Kris Kraut and staff along with the owners of Sycamore Farms donate their time and property for this event.  There is a planning committee of volunteers including the Market Master, market vendors, and friends of the market.  The remainder of the ticket income goes to support the operations of the DTH Farmers' Market.  While our farmers do pay vendor fees, it does not cover all operating expenses. The Farm to Fork dinner will help with shortfalls and fund our long-term goals like acquiring a system to accept credit/debit cards and EBT at market.
