An Evening of Musical Journeys w/ Richard Carr & Philip Wesley
New Age/Contemporary Piano composer/pianists Richard Carr (St. Louis MO) and Philip Wesley (Nashville TN) will present an evening of original piano music. Special guest for the evening will be local composer/pianist Fletcher Harris.
If you love the amazing piano artistry of David Lanz, George Winston, Jim Brickman, or Yanni, then you will enjoy Philip Wesley's reflective, dreamy and sometimes haunting music.
Richard's improvisational approach to creating music has been compared to Keith Jarrett's ECM solo piano recordings. Passionate performances and fresh improvisations are staples of Richard concert performances.
