a 3 day immersion with the founders of acroyoga montréal
Jessie Goldberg and Eugene Poku
Come and experience this unique fusion of dance, yoga, acrobatics and BIG FUN. Everyday we will be learning a short acroyoga vignette, refining acroyoga techniques, releasing our inner dancer, exploring the creative process, and bombing the core! All levels of practitioners are welcome, and all will be challenged ( in a good way )!
