Slovenian Dinner
Our Slovenian Dinner returns!! Join Derek Shankland and Chef Aaron Willis as they prepare a feast inspired by Slovenian cuisine. A mixture of Central European as well as the Mediterranean and Balkan regions Slovenian Cuisine is historically divided into town, farmhouse, cottage, castle, parsonage and monastic cuisine. Due to the variety of the Slovenian cultural and natural landscapes, there are more than 40 distinct regional cuisines. They will be preparing their favorite dishes from these diverse regions. 3 courses with Amuse and complimentary aperitif for $60 including tax and gratuity.
