Venez pédaler avec nous à travers Pointe Saint-Charles, Verdun et Saint-Henri. Nous nous déplacerons au cœur des anciens quartiers ouvriers les plus importants de Montréal . Finalement, notre parcours s'arrêtera dans un quartier complètement remanié, dépassant tous les standards de ce qui est en vogue depuis que l'industrie l'a quitté! Nous raconterons et expliquerons la nourriture au travers les histoires et anecdotes des cuisiniers et entrepreneurs, vous invitant tout d'abord à manger une poutine accompagnée de bière d'épinette, pour ensuite essayer un restaurant unique qui tente de redéfinir certaines sortes de nourriture que vous avez peut-être pensé ne pas aimer, tenu par un jeune chef de talent monumental.
