Classic Cocktails with Jennifer Colliau
Famed Bartender at the Slanted Door and Heaven's Dog, as well as the person behind the pre-prohibition era cocktail ingredient line Small Hand Foods, will be demonstrating classic cocktails with a modern twist. Using a base of technique and ingredients, with a dash of history, you will taste your way through a line up that will give you insane cred at your next cocktail party.
Jennifer will have her much sought after line of Small Hand Foods products available.
Light snacks will be provided. Class is limited to 20 students.
