A Convergence Christmas Concert
Please join Convergence for a evening of a cappella Advent and Christmas music ranging from ethereal settings of O Magnum Mysterium to the exuberant Poulenc Hodie Christus natus est, all performed in the resonant acoustics of the St. Louis Chapel. The program includes chant by Hildegard von Bingen; motets and masses by the Renaissance masters Byrd, Guerrero, and Victoria; 20th century works by Howells, Poulenc, Stravinsky, and Tavener; as well as traditional carols.

Convergence is a dynamic vocal ensemble dedicated to the 'coming together' of professional singers from across the nation to prepare and present innovative chamber concerts. The four artists for our upcoming performance reside in Austin, TX.
