Description: Northwest Native, Kyle Wolverton is rapidly becoming one of the future monsters of urban jazz. Like Grover Washington Jr., Cannonball Adderley and Maceo Parker before him, Wolverton weaves a tapestry of soulful grooves mixed with vocal hooks and heavy drum beats. Wolverton's debut CD, SOUL GROOVE boasts two Billboard Top 20 Hits, "Miss Peaches" and "Can't Stop the Feeling".

Last August, Kyle Wolverton performed at St. Michelle Winery during the Summer Jazz Festival and set the stage on fire while opening for Spyro Gyra. From the sexy jams like "Candle Light Kisses" and "Soul Groove" to the burners like "New Tattoo" and the Gap Band's "Outstanding", there is something sure to delight all varieties of musical enthusiasts.

Behind this front man stands one of the heaviest ensembles on the circuit today. The band boasts multiple members of the Jazz Crusaders, a rhythm section who performs with Sheila E and Mark Anthony as well as a musical director who has toured with virtually every top shelf smooth jazz act around.
