Oysters On The Terrace
Please come join us on the terrace at the winery for freshly shucked oysters in the half-shell and delicious side dishes. Perfectly paired with a pre-release tasting of our very first Sauvignon Blanc which is our Winemakers Selection for 2015. It's a natural fit for our winemaker Mick Schroeter, a native Aussie where Sauvignon Blanc is revered. Of course we will also be pouring our amazing Chardonnay and Pinot noir as well. Guests will enjoy oysters on the half shell served raw over beds of ice with mignonette sauces, hot sauces, lemons along with side dishes. The Oysters are sourced from local farmers and from farms in BC and Washington who harvest and ship directly ensure the highest quality, providing a fun and interesting variety of oysters to enjoy. Tickets are $65 per person/ Wine Club members always receive 10% preferred pricing. Limited seating.
