From our own hometown of Saratoga Springs comes George Fletcher and Steve Mulvaney's duo, Tequila Mockingbirds. Their intricate acoustic guitar music showcases the brainy, artistic side of these two very fun guys who have spent recent years getting the Spa City on its feet and boogying with their bands Foldin' Money and Bourbon Renewal. Fletcher is a third generation musician who grew up with a guitar in his hands. His fluid, effortless playing encompasses rock (Commander Cody), blues (Blue Law) and jazz. Mulvaney has toured with The Gilroy Brothers and John Ivan Band, as well as with his own rock/funk/smooth jazz band, Soul Device. George and Steve offer exquisite instrumental acoustic music straight from the heart, highlighting creative arrangements and brilliant improvisation.
