Istanbul is a rare city that shelters interesting stories within its colorful socio-cultural and religious environment. The cities where great ancient cultures have dwelt provide opportunities for vivid relations to arouse between its inhabitants. These cities have the power to add different meanings to the everyday experiences. Wrong Rosary captures and reveals these deep and vivid sensations. The film follows a love story that could only take place in Istanbul or somewhere alike.
Galata, Istanbul. Muezzin Musa falls in love with his neighbour, a Catholic nurse named Clara. The story gets even more exceptional when Musa meets bibliophile bookseller Yakup who turns out to be connected with Clara. As the lives of these three people begin to intersect, surprises start to emerge.
