Jesus Diaz
Percussionist Jesus Diaz is widely respected and recognized by many musicians and fans for his contributions to the richness of an ever expanding Afro-Cuban musical genre worldwide. His beautiful compositions and arrangements are beautiful, bold, dynamic and exciting  and will have you movin'! Born in Habana Cuba in 1962 and coming from a very musical family, Diaz was exposed to the art of music at a very young age, and started playing percussion when he was eight years old. Diaz arrived in the United States from Cuba in 1980 when he was 17 and launched his professional career in 1982.
