Project Tour of Superior Court of CA, County of Yolo - 1:30 PM TOUR
Join AIA Central Valley's Emerging Professionals for a tour of the new 14-courtroom, 163,000-square-foot Yolo County courthouse, designed by Dreyfuss & Blackford Architects & Fentress Architects.
The new courthouse, located in downtown Woodland, will solve a current space shortfall, increase security, replace inadequate and obsolete buildings and consolidate court operations in a single building. The new courthouse will be the most significant civic building to be constructed in Woodland in nearly a century.
DATE/TIME:TUESDAY, MARCH 10TH, 2015
Three Tours are offered -12 noon, 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm. Tours are limited to 15 attendees each.
LOCATION: 1000 Main Street, Woodland, CA 95695
PARKING:
COST: $10 TO AIA/ASSOCIATE AIA/ALLIED MEMBERS, $20 FOR NON MEMBERS
REGISTRATION: please visit: http://courthouse12.bpt.me for 12 noon tour and http://courthouse3.bpt.me for 3 pm tour.
Register by Friday, March 6th!
NOTE: Hard Hats (provided, long pants and closed-toe shoes required at construction site.
