Chocolate Truffle-Making Class - Now We're Cookin'
Our most popular Now We're Cookin' class - Truffle-making for Everyone - shows you the basic techniques for creating world-class truffles. After this class, you'll be able to impress your friends at the next dinner/party event with your very own "signature" truffle!
To inspire the chocolate side of your taste-buds, you will sample a truffle selection of personal favorites of award-winning Chef Mary McMahon. After that, Now We're Cookin' chefs teach you the basic techniques that will help you create your own "signature" truffle. Even novices have consistently delivered killer truffles at the end of this interactive class. And here's the best part... Freely share, trade and take home all the truffles that you don't immediately eat. Nice!
In addition, Now We're Cookin' staff will show you their favorite truffle packaging ideas, and if time allows, they'll do a little something extra with that ganache!
