Viking Soul Food @ Fenrir
The second dinner in a series of collaborations with friends of the restaurant!
On Sunday, March 8th, Fenrir presents a dinner by Chefs Megan and Jeremy (Viking Soul Food) and our very own Chef Ian Wilson for an evening of Scandinavian-inspired delights. Drink pairings by Sommelier Tyler Hauptman.
We're turning down the lights, lighting up the candles, and finally teaming up with one of our favorite little places in town. They're doing amazing stuff and we're excited to collaborate with them!

For the table: Mini potato lefse with tangy gjetost cheese spread
Soup course (Winter): rutabega, celery and parsley root with walnut lamb sausage and kale puree
Meat course (transition): braised goat Smorrebrod with herbed Portland Creamery chevre, on Regular Portland Rye "longboats"
Fish course (Spring) smoked steelhead, haddock cakes, cured egg yolk, caviar, buttermilk dressing on crunchy greens
