Hack for Awesome

Welcome to Hack for Awesome, a weekend hackathon not of software but around one elusive idea. The theme for our upcoming weekend is SERENDIPITY. Come join us in our search to control the uncontrollable moment - in our hunt to build it, craft it and bring it to people in our community. To the recipient, serendipity is a lucky break, a chance moment seemingly out of nowhere. But what if you could create that instant exhilarating feeling of tripping over something unexpected - what if you could give that to someone?

We hope you can join us at WeWork Seattle for this weekend adventure into hacking serendipity!

Saturday:

10am - Breakfast
11am - Break Into Teams
12pm - Lunch
1-4pm - Conceptualize your project, talk with mentors

Sunday:

9am-3pm - Go do your project and take pictures/videos!
3pm - Pictures/Videos due
4-7p - Happy Hour Pitch Party @ WeWork Seattle

All the money collected from participants will go to an Awesome Foundation grant awarded on Sunday to the team with the best pitch!
