The Basics of Dynamic Connection - Special workshop
These special workshops are designed to put your connection under the spotlight. There are so many ways to lead and follow, with different techniques for different moves and situations. Chris Lee & Adam Boehmer will share with you their research and explorations, based on their love for social dancing and Frankie Manning style and observations. With more understanding of your options, you will discover how to lead or follow beyond-the-ordinary moves.
The classes will consist of a lot of exercises and playing with basics in a connection emphasis. You will learn how to feel your body and to connect and change frames and stances / postures. This is not a class for people who are looking for a bunch of moves and new steps, but it will be excellent if you are ready to stop, start again and to improve your technique.
