The Belief Project is a theatrical explosion of the gun control debate, delving into the way beliefs drive violent action in a polarized American populace.  Drawing on the Newtown shootings, current events, psychological studies, religious texts, the Peter Pan myth and interviews, The Belief Project is a physio-musical theatrical collage that unflinchingly examines the paradigms that govern a world where some children will never grow up.

The Belief Project was developed through FullStop.LAB, the devising arm of FullStop Collective, with multiple residencies at The Dragon's Egg Studio in Ledyard CT. Over the course of two years the ensemble, under the leadership of Producing Artistic Director Leta Tremblay, created a vast body of music, character and prose, which is now being developed for production by Leta, Executive Artistic Director Megan Weaver (Writer) and FullStop Associated Artist Diana Oh (Composer).

LETA TREMBLAY (Director/Conceiver) is a director and producer based in New York City. Recent directing credits include {my lingerie play}: Installation 9/10: THE FINAL INSTALLATION (All For One, The Paradise Factory) & Mrs. Mayfield's Fifth Grade Class of '93 20-Year Reunion (an immersive site-specific production with Caps Lock Theatre). Leta's works has been featured at 59E59 Theaters, Cherry Lane Theatre, Ensemble Studio Theatre, The Kraine Theater, IRT, Galapagos Art Space, The Brick, The Secret Theatre, & Manhattan Theatre Source. Graduate of Smith College & The Eugene O'Neill National Theater Institute. Producing Artistic Director of FullStop Collective & Caps Lock Theatre. www.letatremblay.com.

MEGAN WEAVER (Dramaturg/Writer) is a director specializing in devised work and new play development. She is a recipient of the Northern Trust/Virginia Piper Enrichment Award, the AriZoni Theatre Awards of Excellence, New York Innovative Theater Awards and the KCACTF Meritorious Achievement Awards. Megan is an alum of the O'Neill National Theater Institute and has trained with The Wooster Group, SITI Company, Sojourn Theatre and Balerung Dance. She is the Executive Artistic Director of FullStop Collective.  BA Acting/Directing, George Fox University; MFA Directing, Arizona State University. www.meganweaver.com.

DIANA OH (Composer) is an Actor, Performer, Singer/Songwriter and Librettist. She performs as Diana Oh is GOING ROGUE nationwide, is the creator of the internationally recognized "{my lingerie play}: 10 Underground Performance Installations in my lingerie" (www.mylingerieplay.com), & is a New York Theatre Now's 2013 Person of the Year. MFA: NYU's Tisch School of the Arts Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program (Eplhaba Thropp Fellow), BA: Smith College, additional studies at London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts & The National Theatre Institute at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre Center. www.dianaoh.com.
