The Silver Snail Presents NERDGASM DELUXE with Nikki Payne, Ryan Belleville, and Gavin Stephens

Back on December 10th, NERDGASM stormed The Bathurst Street Theatre in it's debut for a sold out house of over 500 people (plus several Imperial Stormtroopers). And now its back for more.........
NERDGASM is a stand up comedy spectacular unlike any other in Canada that celebrates not only the icons of nerd culture, but also the nerd experience. Gathering together some of Torontos finest (and nerdiest) comedians for a night of esoteric, and intellectual humour.
On May 1st NERDGASM returns with Nikki Payne, Ryan Belleville and Gavin Stephens.
This show is too big for a comedy club. For a show this great, nothing less than a theatre would suffice.
***Nikki Payne. Nikki is a three time Canadian Comedy Award winner plus a two time Gemini Award nominee. Nikki was a semi-finalist on NBCs Last Comic Standing and was selected as one of The Top Ten Most Memorable Moments. In addition to her regular touring, Nikki is a favourite of comedy festivals, and in the weeks leading up to NERDGASM, she will be appearing at both the Winnipeg and Halifax comedy festivals.
***Ryan Belleville. Now Magazine describes Ryan as "Silly and Surreal" and "One of Canada's top comedic talents." Winner of a Canadian Comedy Award, and the Phil Hartman Award, Ryan was also the youngest comic to tape his own Comedy Now! special for CTV.
***Gavin Stephens will be our host for NERDGASM. Gavin has starred in all 5 seasons of CTVs Comedy Inc., and is one of the only three performers to record two stand up comedy specials as part of CTVs Comedy Now in the 12 year history of the program.
Earlier this year Gavin performed at Austins famed South by Southwest Festival alongside Margaret Cho, Janeane Garofalo and Andy Kindler

After the 10:00 late show ends, we'll be having our after party in the theatre with a DJ and an all out nerd frenzy
