You Better Work! (Kid Block & Rogue Runner - Roller Derby Bootcamp)
Following Christmas and the "off-season", Kid Block and Rogue Runner are ready to strap their skates on and get back to work.
"We invite you to come join us to prepare for the 2015 season at this one-off 3 1/2 hour bootcamp in Winchester. With a variety of both blocking and jamming drills/activities designed to help you re-focus your body and mind for the new season."
Both Kid and Rogue skate with London Brawling (and coach for the London Rollergirls) and Team England and have had a fantastic season with Brawling placing 4th in the world at WFTDA Championships and Team England placing 2nd at the World Cup.
Both Kid and Rogue are experienced roller derby coaches (with Rogue also a qualified Personal Trainer) and have been coaching roller derby worldwide for the past 24 months.
2015 let's do this! YOU BETTER WORK!

All skaters must be 18+ and have met minimum skills requirements.
Both female and male skaters are welcome.
The bootcamp will run 3pm - 7pm (with registration and kit up to take place between 3-3.30pm.)
