About Experience Architecture Week:

The central theme around the newly coined "Experience Architecture Week" is an exploration of the identity of our region; the relationship of architecture  and design to our culture, landscape, climate and history.

The mission is three-fold:

1. Highlight existing relationships between the region and its architecture.

2. Create an ongoing dialogue to inform a distinct, regional, architectural identity.

3. Facilitate greater transparency with the public in how architects create our built environment and how it impacts their daily lives.
