Approaching Halloween, the spirits are out so what better time to learn to harness them in the kitchen! From wine to distilled spirits to aperitifs, they all can be used to enhance simple ingredients to deliver great flavor. Whether it is a braised chicken entre, a great salad or seasonal dessert, you will learn the secrets of incorporating a little alcohol. Step into the kitchen for this engaging, "spirited" session with our chefs. $60/person
