Canning and preserving is growing in popularity and we get lots of requests for canning classes . . .so sign up now to learn the basics, avoid "can-tastrophes", and preserve the fresh flavors of the summer months. Its fun, its easy (no, we're not kidding!) and it's a great group activity! $60/person Menu - Pear Chili Chutney - Nell's Carrot Jam - Red Wine Vinegar Onions Reservations are required for this event/class.
