We are being told all the time to "eat our vegetables"  so let's get at it!  Our Chef's are leading the way with delicious savory main dishes that harness the healthy properties of green veggies.  Swiss chard, bitter greens and Brussels sprouts are all on the high priority list of foods we should eat more of and cooking with them doesn't have to be hard.    Learn to make these dishes in our kitchen, then make them the center of your dinner at home with family or friends. Price: $60
