Mardi Gras Party Planning
Mardi Gras celebrations are early this year (Feb 12!) so we need to get ready to party! Join us as we practice up on classic N'Orlean's dishes jambalaya, The salad for the celebration, and of course that New Orleans specialty beignets! Let our chef's teach you the techniques needed to bring a Mardi Gras feast together and by the end of the night you'll be planning your own celebration come Fat Tuesday! Price: $60
