The Sensually Alive Woman is a half-day intensive based on ERUPTIONS the exotic dance experience for women created by Body Confidence Coach Rashida KhanBey. This workshop was created to help women reconnect to thier sensuality as a path to spiritual enlightenment while addressing some of the key concerns that prevent women from feeling sensually alive in thier bodies while living an adventurously sensual life.
This half-day master workshop includes:
1) Dicussion and exploration of what it means to be sensually alive in the body and how we can integrate that experience into our everyday life in order to thrive and succeed.
2) 2 hours pratice of the ERUPTIONS exotic dance experience for women

ERUPTIONS is a exotic dance experience for women created by Rashida KhanBey. This course was created to help women fall in love with their bodies, feel attractive and desirable in their skin and de-stress from the grind of busy work weeks.
The course combines a powerful blend of yoga, jazz,modern and movement from the Pan-African Diaspora to create an exotic dance experience. This experience provides women with a safe environment to reconnect to their sensuality , learn the art of storytelling with the body, improve musicality (or find their rhythm) and increase confidence in their full expression of self through guided group and solo improvisation.
When you leave this intensive you will emerge back into your world feeling vibrant, strong and desirable in your body which will ultimately help you thrive in every area of your life.
