This time we learn the ins and outs of Tandoori dishes the right mix of spices, the cooking techniques all you need to know to stir up a brilliant meal in your own kitchen. Paired with a South Asian lentil soup, traditional Basmati rice and condiments, you have a warm, savory meal to spice up your menu over the holidays. Tandoori style dishes have been served for presidents and dignitaries visiting India and Pakistan for a century and now you can treat your friends and family to the same traditional flavors right in your own home.
