Design Collaboration & Communication
In our years of consulting at Cooper, we've learned getting the design right is only part of the job; the rest is aligning with business strategy and getting it built. Our experienced designers show how to use the power of storytelling to persuade the stakeholders the solution is the best way to satisfy customers and accomplish business goals. Helping stakeholders to understand the intent and value of the design vision early in the process, will result in less shifting of requirements later on. After that, we teach how to document the expected form and behavior in enough detail that programmers can build it. This 2-day class explores techniques for collaborating effectively within design teams, and for communicating design among team members and out to stakeholders throughout the project and product lifecycle.
