Groundhog Day Night Benefit Scavenger Hunt

Join us for the annual Groundhog Day Night Benefit Scavenger Hunt. The object is simple: figure out where Punxsutawney Phil is hiding! The first team to tell me where Phil is hiding wins and gets to keep him forever!
Teams (of any size) should arrive before 5:30pm (you can start later, but let me know first!). At 5:30, I will give out the instructions and go over the details. Teams travel short distances on foot and visit different establishments to find clues, pickup information and hang out.
As teams gather information, they begin to piece together the location of Phil. The event is designed to last 3-4 hours by around 9:30pm (but not before) there will be enough information to ferret out Phil, but it generally takes a bit longer. The hunt is officially over when one team correctly tells me where Phil is hiding.

This year the hunt will again benefit Sunshine Arts (http://sunshine-arts.org/), an inspired artist in residence and outreach outlet for neighborhood kids to gather and learn the wonderful worlds of dance, literature, music and art. It's located in Upper Darby and run by our own Sheila Modglin! Clubedventures is glad to be able to offer support!

Where might he be hiding this year??

Recommend you bring the following items with you:
Pen or pencil
Black (or dark) Sharpie
Highlighter
Something to write on
Flashlight
Device capable of receiving text messages
Device capable of searching the Web
Installed free QR Code app on smartphone
Funds for food, drink & stuff
Rudimentary knowledge of:
* the movie Groundhog Day
* groundhogs in general
