Farm Food Safety Plan Writing Workshop
The FSMA Produce Safety Rule does not require a written farm food safety plan but writing a plan helps growers get organized and focused on produce safety, as well as prepare for buyer requirements and third-party audits. Pennsylvania Farmers Union is offering this workshop as a compliment to the Produce Food Safety Grower Training and completion of that course is a prerequisite for this workshop. The workshop is limited to ten (10) participants so sign up early!
