The Tragedy of Julius Caesar
Join SSC for a one time screening of The Tragedy of Julius Caesar. Ticket includes screenong, popcorn, photo booth, and Q&A with the actors and director!

Jealous conspirators led by Cassius, convince Caesar's closest friend Brutus to join their assassination plot against Caesar. To put a stop to Caesar gaining too much power, Brutus and the conspirators know what they must do - find and end him on the Ides of March. This summer the heightened world of Shakespeare is handled thoughtfully by the most unlikely of choices - teenagers!
Join us for The Tragedy of Julius Caesar by William Shakespeare, adapted by John Hardy.

This one act adaptation was filmed on stage at the Savannah Repertory Theatres PlaySHOP where our exclusive screening will be held!

The Tragedy of Julius Caesar stars rising Sophomore and Savannah Stage Company member, Abigail DAguillo as Brutus, whose internal battle is the focal point of our story. Abigail was last seen as Chip in SSCs production of Disneys Beauty and the Beast in Fall of 2019. Joining Abigail are SSC company members Haidyn Arnett and Isa Lilja-Vazquez, and newcomers to the company, Jada Banks, Nicholas Koderitz, and Jada Tyrell. During the school year cast members attend Savannah Arts Academy, Garrison School for the Visual and Performing Arts, as well as Calvary Day School!

Adult members of the company serve in many ways, including David McCall as Director, Alexis Balaoing Ambrose as Choreographer and Costume Designers, Wesley Pridgen as Production Manager and Composer, Ellen Barneycastle as Stage Manager, Colorado Brown as Carpenter, McKenna Lyons as Props Master, and DeAnna Laree Craig as Hair and Make Up Designer. Videographer and Editor is Company Member John C. Arnold, who masterfully handled the video and editing of Alice in Wonderland.
