The Legend of Robin Hood
Seize your quarterstaffs and sharpen your wits! Greedy King John sits on England's throne while the Sheriff and his cronies tax and terrorize Nottingham's townspeople. Robert of Locksley, driven from his home and with a bounty placed on his head, is forced to flee - leaving his beloved Maid Marion behind. Robert joins a band of merry men (and women!) taking refuge in Sherwood Forest. His perfect marksmanship and shrewd intelligence pave the way for him to be known as Robin Hood - the fearless leader of their underground rebellion. It isn't long before the Sheriff and his men close in and seem sure to capture Robin Hood and his friends. In the adventure of a lifetime, our heroes prove that bravery, resourcefulness, and justice will win in the end. The whole family will be thoroughly entertained and drawn into the timeless literary tale of The Legend of Robin Hood!
Script adapted by J.L. Reiman. Presented by special arrangement with Eldridge Publishing Company.
