David Lanz
Lanz, a Seattle native who now makes his home in Rochester, was nominated for a Grammy in 2000. He is well known as a top instrumental recording and concert artist, reaching worldwide prominence with his number one Billboard hit, Cristofori's Dream. Lanz's  unique impressionistic style, compositions and arrangements have been performed and studied around the world.

Cristofori's Dream was a million-selling musical thank you note to Bartolomeo Cristofori, the man who invented the piano in the 17th century. It resonated with a wide array of listeners and topped Billboard's Adult Alternative/New Age chart for months.

In his 30-year plus career, Lanz's recordings and live performances have served to heal, inspire, and provide spiritual nourishment to diverse audiences around the globe.

Lanz's latest release was in November 2013, called Movements of the Heart. These thirteen songs reflect the variety of emotions and feelings that accompany being in love; two of the compositions are co-written Kristin Amarie.

Lanz made his recording debut in 1983 with Heartsounds, on Narada. During the next five years he released six new albums. 1990 brought about the release of Skyline Firedance, which joined Lanz with an 80-piece orchestra. He issued several more titles including 1998's Songs From an English Garden. In 2000, he changed recording homes to Decca Records where he scored a Grammy nomination for East of the Moon. Lanz continued to record and tour relentlessly, releasing eleven titles between 2001 and 2007. In 2008, he made his Shanachie debut, Painting In the Sun, and in 2012 he paid homage to The Beatles with Here Comes The Sun and Liverpool Re-Imagining The Beatles. In 2012, David Lanz celebrated the 25th anniversary of his landmark release Cristofori's Dream Re-Envisioned. His latest album Movements of the Heart has been named 2013 Album of the Year by SoloPiano.com.

Kristin Amarie's music reflects the diversity of her life experiences. Born and brought up in Norway, her horizons were expanded when she spent her late teens on Cyprus, and a good part of her adult life in New Delhi. She studied voice in Norway and Sweden. Adding to her international adventures was time spent in London, Bangkok, Malta, and France. Amarie steps into her own spotlight as a recording artist with her debut solo release, Notes from a Journey, produced by Grammy-nominated producer Alex Salzman in NY.
