Yoga(Run) at Lucky Envelope Brewing

Join the EshelYoga Community! We flow through a 1 hour yoga class inside Lucky Envelope Brewing, and then hang out with delicious craft beers in hand (included in ticket!). If you want to get some cardio in too, meet us for a 3 mile run before class! Running + Yoga feels SO good, but the run is totally optional :)
- Must be 21+ to participate.
- Limited spots so sign up ASAP!
*** What's Included ***
- Optional pre-class guided 3 mile run (or whatever you can do in 30 minutes)
- 1 hour yoga class
- First pint of Lucky Envelope Beer of your choice

- Bring Your Own Yoga Mat!
***Schedule for Yoga(Run) at Lucky Envelope ***
9:30am: Run (Optional) - Meet at 9:15am, and we run @ 9:30am!
10:15am: Yoga Students - Doors Open
10:30am: Yoga Class Starts
11:30am: Yoga Class Ends, and then we beer!
12pm: Lucky Envelope opens to the Public
