ODUNDE FESTIVAL 2019 * An African Harvest Celebration!
The Odunde Festival Presents
Deyneenu The Children
A Community Celebration of West African Drumming, Dance & Song!

Adefua Cultural Education Workshop is celebrating 34 years of presenting West African culture in the Pacific Northwest! Its a Potluck Dinner and Performance Fundraiser! Join us in this community celebration! The performance will highlight the strengths and talents of Seattles local performing youth and young adults, who are performing music, song and dance. Adefua continues to collaborate with many African teaching and performing artists, their families, students, and friends, with the purpose of presenting community-driven cultural arts-based events.

Our committed work of teaching and performing in the Schools and Community has been with your wonderful support! Your support has shown up in different ways and were grateful and totally enthused with this years children and teen performing artists!

Date:Saturday, November 2, 2019. Doors open 3:15pm, Potluck 4:00pm-5:00pm; Deyneenu Performance 5:00-7:00pm. There will be a short intermission to support the African Market.
Location:Garfield Community Center (Gym), 2323 East Cherry Street, Seattle, WA  98122.
Suggested Donation: $20 General / $10 17 and under. Purchase ahead of time with; Brown Paper Tickets.

Groups and families are encouraged to join us in celebration of the children and their commitment to Arts & Culture.

With your donation to our 501(c) (3), the funds raised will be utilized to sponsor, in part, ongoing weekly class scholarships for youth and families. Your support will aide to extend community networking for youth, families and schools. Were committed to sharing cross-cultural experiences. Were also seeking new board members and volunteers!
