Headaches are no fun. We've all had them. There are nearly 100 different classifications of headache, and understanding the symptoms can help lead you to the prevention and alleviation. In this class we will discuss biomechanics, ergonomics, vision, blood sugar, hormones, stress, trauma and many other causes. Go home with solutions you can implement right away.
