The experimental bass scene is on the rise, but few have cut through the noise like New Orleans duo, sfam, comprised of Jacob Hoerner & Michael Pearson. Theyve positioned themselves as one of the most impressive and innovative new acts in bass music.
Taking inspirations from their love for heavy bass and minimal trap beats - sfam has formulated a dark, distinct sound of unique, amorphous, original beats that have gotten them support from industry tastemakers such as UZ, Bassnectar, Dirt Monkey, sumthin sumthin, Kai Wachi, Toadface, CRAZE & more.
Fresh off the release of their latest EP on Drama Club Recordings, sfam proves that they are here to stay as their sound continues to evolve with every release. Locked and loaded with an arsenal of unreleased music for the upcoming year, 2019 is set to be a true breakout year for sfam.

FRQ NCY
Atlanta native, FRQ NCY, dived into the scene in 2018 with leaders of bass playing his tracks from coast to coast. His most recent collaborative EP "Perplexity" dropped earlier this year with Mindset on Saturate Records, receiving compliments by revered musicians and highly notable music outlets.
Already sporting releases on labels such as Saturate Records, Sound Museum, Shadowtrix, Wormhole Music Group, and more, FRQ NCY delivers a unique heavy and sinister sound with his tracks. Perfectly layered melodies on top of thick futuristic basses, he sets an eerie yet powerful atmosphere for his listeners.
