Symon Hajjar // Joseph Neville @ The Daws House
Enjoy an evening under the stars with Tulsa singer/songwriter Symon Hajjar and Fort Worth native Joseph Neville.
Music begins at 8pm at the Daws home in Weatherford Texas.

About Simon:
Symon Hajjar has been playing music throughout Oklahoma since he first moved there from New York in 2004 for college. Since then he has recorded 4 albums and some of his most recent work has been a collaboration of artists under the name Dear Saint Isaac. That self-titled album made Noisetrade's New and Notable List upon its release.
It has been said that Symon Hajjar is a songwriter for songwriters and that couldn't be more true. "His songs are a sincere reflection on the realities of brokenness, love, hope, and the human experience. Symon finds a way to wrap words around a world that can be chaotic and full of questions, not for the purpose of resolving these tensions but to embrace them as a pathway to true peace. His lyrical integrity draws the listener in to his accessible narratives and insists that its still okay to make something just because its beautiful".
About Joseph:
Texas-based singer/songwriter Joseph Neville lives out an honesty that works its way into his lyrics and musicality, both of which bear a beautiful/honest simplicity. Armed with just a guitar (and sometimes a harmonica), Neville hopes to use his folk inspired songwriting to connect more than impress. Delicately balancing joy and heaviness he invites listeners into their own self-examination. Guitar driven melodies and layered harmonies create a safe place for the thoughtful lyrics to do their work. His most recent release DAY AND NIGHT communicates just what its title suggests - a hope that for every night, there exists a invisible, powerful dawn.
Moving to Tulsa in 2010, Neville studied music at Oral Roberts University. It was during this time that he was inspired by the thriving indie/alternative music scene while ganging experience as a classically trained percussionist and vocalist. Neville enjoys seeing these two personalities come together in his songwriting. Now in Fort Worth, Neville enjoys performing in homes where he can turn his songs into storytelling.
