Mingyur Rinpoche

Welcome email link with logistical  details

True freedom of mind is something we can discover for ourselves through the practice of meditation. In Tibetan Buddhism, the most direct and powerful way to experience this inner freedom is by exploring the nature of awareness, a journey that puts us in touch with a source of equanimity, wisdom, and compassion that we can access anytime and anywhere.

In this evenings gathering, Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche will share insights and guidance for how to access the authentic qualities of minds essential nature. He will also share his own experience of his recent 4  year retreat wandering through the Himalayas.

This evening program is open to those who are interested in practicing Buddhism who already have a strong background in meditation practice (see prerequisites below).

Qualifications:
The evening program is open to individuals who have had an established daily meditation practice for three years or more.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are also planning to attend Meditation and the Joy of Living: Cultivating Awareness, Compassion, and Wisdom in Everyday Life with Mingyur Rinpoche on Saturday, June 18 - Sunday, June 19, we have a discounted 3 day pass available for purchase in the Registration Options section for that event: Meditation and the Joy of Living: Cultivating Awareness, Compassion, and Wisdom in Everyday Life with Mingyur Rinpoche
