Wine Class 201
Wine 201 will cover topics not covered in our 101 offering, including: white and rose wine production; as well as, a more in-depth look at red wine production.
We will be expanding into the "classics", and this course will explore the major grape varieties, regions, and the wine-making traditions of the Old World.
Plus, you get to taste some great wines to help with that "hands-on" learning!!
James Pierce, our own wine encyclopedia, will be sharing his knowledge to help you improve your own. If you have a question about wine - ask him!
