Coby's Spring Buffet

Come on down for a nice relaxing buffet full of wonder food! This is a great event to bring the entire family to.
Here is the list of what we'll be serving up:

Carving Station
Smoked Country Ham with Maple, Shallot and Bourbon Sauce

Tabled Buffet to include:
Chicken Francaise w/Lemon Butter
Pan Seared Salmon w/ Dill Cream Sauce
Oven Roasted Potatoes
Baked Spring Zucchini and Squash w/Red Onions
and Parmesan Cheese

Dessert Table to include:
Brownie Pudding
Peach Cobbler
Asst. Plated Desserts

Coffee and Fountain Drinks included

Adults are $30, Children 12 and Under** have the option of $10/buffet or 1/2 price children's menu!
** If you're bring children not ordering the buffet please let us know so we can seat you appropriately.
You'll be able to choose your seating option of 4pm or 6pm!
