Future Professional Etiquette and Leadership Seminar (ages 14 - 18)
This Future Professional seminar brings together both young men and women (ages 14 to 18) to engage in seven weeks of etiquette and leadership training, networking, along with gaining a great deal of knowledge and having plenty of brain stimulation.too include, role-playing and discussion on real-world situations affecting their future in the job market. Students will build on and enhance their understanding of subjects such as; introducing themselves (and others) using the eight ingredients of an introduction, expanding their financial awareness by accepting the $2.00 stock challenge with a return on their investment (ROI) at the end of the seven-week seminar. As well, learning steps for effective communication, as they will create a video of themselves speaking on several topics, discussion of what it really takes to capture a job as a young person (Future Professional) in today's workforce through the eyes of recruiters. Students will begin their path toward networking with those representing different ethnicity, religions, and family dynamics. They will take away tips that will help them with grooming (changing their bad habits), thinking before they speak (while understanding the rules of the 6 R's), defining their personal value system, dressing for success (discussing the topic of perception how others see us, and how we see ourselves). In addition, learning the fine art of dining etiquette as a professional at such an early age; allowing students to feel better prepared to handle unique experience and building their self-esteem, self-confidence, and stronger character (and much...much more!).
