Four Of A Kind - Live in Santa Cruz
Four Of A Kind is a new jazz trio from Las Vegas, NV. Comprised of Patrick Hogan (piano), Ruben Van Gundy (bass), and alternating drummers Michael Hoffman and Amy Crosley*, they will bring their exciting brand of bop-influenced music to Kuumbwa Jazz Center on July 6. (*Amy Crosley will not be performing at this event.)
All four members of the group are students at University of Nevada, Las Vegas and play in UNLV's award winning Jazz Ensemble I. Patrick, Ruben, and Michael make up the UNLV Honors Trio which placed 1st in the open combo division at the 2018 Next Generation Festival.
